Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we receive when you use our website or contact us, why we need it, who we may share it with and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish data protection law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we receive

• Request data: name, phone number, email (optional), description of the goods and route, page language.
• Email correspondence: your email address, name and signature, and the content of messages and attachments.
• Order data: company name, company details, delivery address, contact person, product documents — only if you provide them.
• Technical data: when you visit the website, the hosting server automatically records your IP address, the date and time of the request and your browser type (server logs).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request and preparing a quote — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Performing the contract: sourcing and purchasing goods, inspection, storage, shipping, customs clearance, insurance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Correspondence, defence against claims and website security — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your request, and without delivery details we cannot fulfil your order.

4. How the request form works

Form submissions are received by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), stored in the website admin panel and forwarded to us at solutions@opglobal.best. The form contains a hidden anti-spam field and does not use cookies.

5. Who we may share data with

Only to the extent needed for a specific purpose:

• carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders and customs brokers involved in delivering your shipment;
• insurance companies — if you order insurance;
• suppliers — to purchase goods on your behalf;
• our website hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (form handling and server logs) and IT and email service providers (including Google Workspace);
• our accountants and legal advisers;
• public authorities — only where required by law.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Our services involve deliveries to Ukraine and from China, so to fulfil your order data may be transferred to partners in those countries. Such transfers are necessary to perform our contract with you \1 Netlify and Google may process data in the United States; such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (in particular standard contractual clauses).

7. How long we keep data

• Requests that did not lead to a contract — up to 12 months from the last contact.
• Contract data — for the term of the contract and until the limitation period for claims expires.
• Accounting records — for the period required by Polish tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax was paid).
• Server logs — according to the hosting provider's settings, usually no longer than a few months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased where there is no basis to keep it;
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from our own server, with no requests to third-party services. If this changes, we will update this policy.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling.
